Returns and Refunds a. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in cases where Nolly Designs is unable to fulfill the order due to reasons within our control, such as production errors or product defects.
 Refunds will not be issued for customer errors or dissatisfaction. b. Returns: NDB will only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
 Customers must notify NDB of any defects or damages within 7 days of receiving the order.

Shipping and Delivery a. Shipping: Nolly Designs  offers shipping services for orders to be delivered to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. 
b. Delivery Times: While NDB makes every effort to ensure timely delivery of orders, delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control such as shipping carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
