2. Services Provided NDB offers printing services through its website platform. These services include but are not limited to printing of various materials such as business cards, brochures, banners, posters, etc. NDB reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time without prior notice.
3. Ordering Process a. Ordering: Orders can be placed through our website by following the provided instructions. b. Payment: Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order. c. Proofing: It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully review and approve all proofs provided by NDB before production begins. NDB will not be liable for any errors or discrepancies in the final product if they were present in the approved proof.
4. Shipping and Delivery a. Shipping: NDB offers shipping services for orders to be delivered to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. b. Delivery Times: While NDB makes every effort to ensure timely delivery of orders, delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control such as shipping carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. NDB will not be held liable for any delays in delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds a. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in cases where NDB is unable to fulfil the order due to reasons within our control, such as production errors or product defects. Refunds will not be issued for customer errors or dissatisfaction. b. Returns: NDB will only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Customers must notify NDB of any defects or damages within 7 days of receiving the order.
6. Intellectual Property a. Ownership: All designs, artwork, and content provided by NDB or created by NDB for the purpose of fulfilling customer orders remain the intellectual property of NDB. b. Customer Content: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content, including logos, images, or text, provided to NDB for the purpose of fulfilling an order.
7. Limitation of Liability NDB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our services, even if NDB has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall NDB’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
8. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
